Nutritional vitamins do not have calories and therefore do not give energy to the body. Natural vitamins are found in living things such as plants and animals and are organic food substances. There are many artificially synthesized vitamins. Vitamins exist in varying quantities in an array of food sources. There are mainly two types of vitamins. These are water soluble and fat soluble vitamins. Water soluble vitamins are not stored in the body in any appreciable amounts. They requires consistent replenishing using the diet we consume.

Don't forget too that the better you eat, the fewer vitamins you will need and the healthier you will stay. Try to eat organic, whole foods, fresh from the farmer if at all possible.
